What is EMF?

Considering measures against EMF, we need to recognize what EMF is.

Technically speaking, EMF (ElectroMagnetic Field) is a propagating wave of interlinked EF (Electric Filed) and MF (Magnetic Field).

It is however hard to get the image.

Using a simpler expression for easier imaging, EMF is a by-product arisen during our use of electricity.

It is like exhaust gas produced while you are driving a car.

You can both ignore or get rid of (at least manage to minimize) that.

Unlike such exhaust gas, EMF itself cannot be smelled nor seen and can be visualized by measuring instead.

In this context, taking measures against EMF is removing the electrical by-product.
